So we’re paying $7 for a large shaken espresso, and they can’t even top off the drink? We already know it’s overpriced but at least let me feel like I’m getting my moneys worth, on top of that as the lady in the drive through reached for it she responded with “give me” um that’s not how you address something.

I go to sooo many different Starbucks and I must admit the customer service here is exceptional. They truly do great drinks, upselling was greatly done and the suggestions were superb! I didn’t feel rushed, the attention to detail with my order felt welcoming. Appreciate this place and how amazing they were . Great job to all the staff. Jay was perfect!!!
